Blossoms and Blooms Workshop on the Azura

Just returned from a lovely trip on P&O Cruises ship Azura, where I held a couple of sugar craft workshops at Atul Kochhar’s restaurant ‘Sindhu’. Thanks to my students, and to Darren Deegan’s (Executive Chef for P&O Cruises) help and hospitality.
